What Empowers You?

HOWDY, BRAVE & DARING LEADER,

Have you ever noticed how feelings are creating the reality for many of us? My emotions used to be in control of me vs. me having an awareness of how to flow in and out of them in a functional way. I use to feel disempowered a lot! Now, I spend much more of my time being empowered or empowering others.

When I feel disempowered, I feel:

  • tired
  • like I’m not enough
  • like things have to be hard
  • mentally foggy
  • uninspired
  • unmotivated

When I feel empowered, I feel:

  • energized
  • abundant
  • like I create in flow
  • sharp and focused
  • inspired
  • motivated
  • joyful
  • creative

I can tell when my clients are empowered or disempowered, often times, before they can when I’m assessing the way I’m experiencing them showing up to sessions. This is one of the most important pieces of our work together since much of our ways of being can be in our blindspot.

Notice that the concept of empowerment is a timeless way of being vs. a feeling. Notice the power of transforming our being to be more in alignment with our essence vs working on feelings, which can change like the wind. This is why we focus on the being when we coach.

What empowers you?

How do you know?

When you engage in it vs. when you don’t:

  • Where is your energy at?
  • How does it make you sleep?
  • How are your relationships?
  • What do you have access to?

When we have a healthy relationship to the seasons and we work with Pachamma (Mother Earth) vs against her, living from an empowered place is easier.

When it comes to 2020 or any year for that matter, if you’re expecting to flip the calendar and things be automatically better, that’s not how it works. If you’re disempowered now and you do nothing to create something new, you’ll roll into 2021 in the same space and create more of the same.

What are you willing to do differently?

What are you willing to let go of?

How much support are you willing to receive knowing that makes or breaks how far you can go?

WE NEED EXPERIENCES OF ENERGY, AND I’M OFFERING TWO TO YOU…

While the winter solstice is the shortest day of the year, we may feel the darkness deeply. As we step into the next day, the light, time, and energy will increase with each day as it unfolds. We will use this sacred day to flow into some deep work on our inner flame while being in a safe and nourishing community.

DURING OUR HOUR TOGETHER, YOU WILL

  • Learn what the winter solstice signifies
  • Practice restorative yoga, which will include breathwork, sound, and poetry
  • Light your candle collectively with our sweet, sacred community so as to never forget the light that you hold.
  • Let old things burn away and get clear on what you want so as to ensure that the things that matter most to you will fill the newfound space.

Additional notes: Please, have an unlit candle available. You are encouraged to either diffuse or burn dried rosemary while we’re celebrating. If sound is important to you, have earbuds or a quality speaker present. Screen time will be minimal. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a welcome email with additional details. If you pay through Venmo, please include your email address.

SEEKING A BIT MORE SUPPORT?

INTERESTED IN THE COACHING SIDE OF THINGS?

What one of the current participants had to say recently about “Dawn: Gather and Grow Group Coaching”… “I was thinking about this group & realized how GRATEFUL I am for this safe little community. This space where we can be vulnerable & authentic. Be heard & seen. Share our goals, dreams & fears. We recognize each other’s powers & speak it back to each other. Empower each other to grow. I am so happy I have you guys, especially today. Thank you for helping me and supporting me!!

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 2–90 minute coaching sessions/month Group is limited to 5
  • $142/month with a 30-day notice to complete the group
  • In between coaching sessions, we have a Voxer thread we use to stay connected, share wins, get support on challenges, and to just have the knowing that we have a tribe of people there for us and with us.
  • There’s a time and place for one on one versus group coaching. Sometimes, we want and need 100% of the focus on us. At others, we want to share space with a collective mindhive, so we can see ourselves in them and them in us.
  • This format is for you if you want some structure, but not too much. If you don’t want to have to commit to a certain length of time, so you can go more with the flow. If you desire a sense of community and belonging. If you seek some accountability and transformation in a gentle way.

One of my greatest joys is bringing groups of people together and alchemizing the energy. You can trust the group is selected with care and mindfulness and in service of everyone complementing each other.

2020 has shown us we can’t do it well alone. If you’re still trying, what is your fierce independence in service of? Looking back, I can see that way of being was a form of protection. When I’m in my essence and in alignment, I’m surrounded by love and support of all shapes and sizes. I want that for all humans. If money is ever a stop, please let me know, and I’ll always do my best to help you get access to what you need.
